JC Aguilera
Alpha Valorem founding partner, he was a partner, co-founder, and member of the board of directors of the Central de Registros-CRDC, a Trade Repository authorized by the Brazilian Central Bank. He was president of Brasil Ecodiesel SA (currently Terra Santa Agro S /A), where, between 2008 and 2011, he carried out the financial restructuring of the company as well as its new strategic positioning in Brazilian agribusiness. As a partner at Galeazzi Associados, where he served for five years, Aguilera led the restructuring project of Grupo AvipalElegê as CRO and Superintendent. He also held executive position at Alpargatas, Etti, Grupo Tupi, Martini & Rossi, Metrophone, Radio Móvel Digital, KimberlyClark, CPM and Refinações de Milho Brasil. Graduated and Postgraduated in Business Administration at EAESP – FGV with a course in Strategic Marketing Management at Harvard Business School. He was also President of ABA (Brazilian Advertisers Association) and university professor in MBA courses, as well as co-author of the book Strategic Management of Corporate Changes (Edit. Saraiva 2009).
Fernando J Kalleder
Partner and managing director of Alpha Valorem and was co-founding partner and CEO of Central de Registros – CRDC, Trade Repository authorized by the Brazilian Central Bank. With 40 years of professional experience, he was also co-founder and manager of venture capital fund focused on technology-based companies in early 2000 as well as led company transformation projects, involving restructuring, review of business processes, professionalization, change of corporate control. He also worked as financial executive in companies in several sectors, including chemical-petrochemicals (Ultra group), food (J. Macêdo Alimentos), logistics (Santos Brasil), technology (iG Internet portal) and agribusiness (Fertilizantes Heringer). Graduated in production engineering from Poli-USP with a postgraduate degree in financial administration from EAESP-FGV and an MBA from Insper (Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa).
Mario Amato Netto
Partner at Alpha Valorem with almost 30 years of experience in various market segments. He was CEO of Usina Verde from 2011 to 2014. From 2006 to 2011 he was part of Galeazzi Associados where he participated or led restructuring, performance improvement and M&A projects in companies such as GPA (Grupo Pão de Açúcar), Rede, Estapar, FRIGOL, Sykué and Medial Saúde. He served as executive or entrepreneur in companies in the areas of telecommunications, exports, non-durable goods, Real Estate and agribusiness. He currently participates as a member of the board of Moreira Salles Agropecuária, Origin Biotechnology and BP-Beneficência Portuguesa of São Paulo. Graduated in business administration from FAAP with an extension in management and leadership from the University of California at Berkeley.
Matheus F Bonelli
Partner at Alpha Valorem, he was co-founding partner and CFO of Central de Registros-CRDC. He has 14 years of professional experience, having served as a portfolio manager at GG Investimentos. Previously, he was Equity Research Analyst at the same company. He also worked in the Equity Research area of Fram Capital Gestão de Recursos. He started his career in the Planning and Financial Studies department at Avon Cosmetics Brazil. Among his professional achievements, we highlight the creation of financial projection models in different scenarios, the allocation of multimarket funds (P.L. of R$ 100 million) and the management of stock picking portfolios and pair trading strategies. Graduated in Business Administration from EAESP-FGV, focusing on Corporate Finance and financial markets. MA in finance and Controllership from EAESP-FGV, he is co-author of the article Risk Reduction in Loans Against Receivables, published in the 19th edition of the Brazilian Review of Finance. he has the CVM/ANBIMA CGA (fund management) certificate.
Ricardo de Jesus
Executive working in national and multinational companies in the electronics, telecommunications, agro-industrial and business consulting segments. Experience in Administration and Finance, Financial Planning, Sales and Marketing, Logistics and Distribution and New Business Structuring. He worked on several projects and structured partnerships to represent companies from the United States, Europe, Israel, Korea, and China in Brazil. Postgraduate and currently attending a Professional Master's in Business Administration at FGV (MPA and CEAG). Specialization in Negotiation and Leadership from Harvard Law School (HLS), USA.
