We are a venture builder that invests in early-stage businesses, dedicated to systematically producing new companies, which we support with our combined experience to grow sustainably and succeed. We are mainly involved in: seeking business opportunities, building high-performance teams, implementing best corporate governance practices, collaborating in project management, establishing strategic partnerships and capital investment.

Searching for business opportunities

We identify talented entrepreneurs with innovative and consistent plans that have significant growth potential and superior returns. We are agnostic about the sector, but preferentially invest in business models in which technology is a driver of scale gains.

Investment capital

We provide the initial capital to structure the company and its governance and integrate the necessary basis for the healthy development of the business. As the company progresses, we are prepared to continually raise capital for subsequent growth phases, if necessary.

Building teams

We believe that a company is as good as its leadership team. We adopt an approach that prioritizes people and bring our experience to support managers in creating value and growth.
